Guy Motors Industrial Park

These contemporary industrial estates in Wolverhampton occupy the sites of former West Midland's manufacturing giants - The Ever Ready Battery Company and Guy Motors, both of which closed down in the late 1970s. My paternal grandfather worked at Guy Motors, (my other grandfather at another Wolverhampton based business, Rubery Owen).
